RealDealerOffers.com provides a platform for car dealerships (“Dealers”) to acquire private owner vehicles, and for consumers (“Consumers”) to receive real-time trade-in offers for their vehicles and connect with certified dealerships. We may update, add, or remove features at any time.

3. Dealer Subdomain and Market Exclusivity

Dealers purchasing an exclusive service package will receive a unique subdomain (e.g., yourcity.realdealeroffers.com), which will be reserved for their use within a defined geographic area.

Exclusivity is subject to ongoing subscription payments. Failure to maintain payments may result in loss of exclusivity and subdomain rights.

4. Content Creation and Use

All content (including written materials, images, and video) created and posted by RealDealerOffers.com on behalf of Dealers remains the property of RealDealerOffers.com unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Dealers are responsible for providing accurate information about their business, offers, and inventory.

Consumers are responsible for ensuring all vehicle information submitted is accurate and truthful.

5. Use of the Platform

Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.

Users agree not to use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.

RealDealerOffers.com may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these Terms.

6. Consumer Offers and Transactions

Instant trade-in offers provided to consumers are based on data and algorithms designed to provide an estimated value. Final offer amounts are subject to verification by participating dealerships and may vary based on in-person inspection and market conditions.

RealDealerOffers.com is not a party to any final transaction between Consumer and Dealer and does not guarantee the completion of any transaction or the accuracy of any offer.

7. Fees and Payment

Dealers agree to pay all applicable subscription fees as outlined in their service agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as otherwise stated in writing.

Non-payment may result in service suspension or termination and loss of market exclusivity.

8. Intellectual Property

All technology, software, and content on the Site is the property of RealDealerOffers.com or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written consent.

9. Privacy Policy

Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect user data.

10. Limitation of Liability

RealDealerOffers.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunities, or data loss.
